Custom Character Sheets - Cortex
I am looking for a better character sheet creator and NPC card creator for cortex system with graphics. I am not sure the exact technical requirements for this project.

So The issue that i am having with the character sheet is that we are playing a game with ALLOT of powers and I would like a second tab for powers so the base character sheet is on one tab and the powers and abilities are on another!
The current character sheet also does not play nice with print and popout mods
