Webflow GRID id's
Has anyone found a workaround for Webflow creating a new grid id for every grid item / child? My CSS is getting so messy and it's messing with my loading time...

You could also use custom css properties and design your grid that way but kind of defeats the purpose I guess
basically a whole lot of 2col grids

How large is the css file?
noob question, how do i check that?
Open inspector - go to network tab and refresh the page. Look in the size column.

don't think that's too bad
notice I have "disable cache" checked. Usually my default option when I'm loading a new site. I only uncheck when I'm testing for stuff to be cahced
but yea - 20kB I wouldn't worry about it at all

alrighty thanks! i'll keep an eye on it as the site grows, fingers crossed i dont have to update all the grids to flexbox in the future

is the site loading slow? You might be able to save on fonts
also I see hotjar in the list. hotjar is notorious for making site slow
you can ignore page-script.js in that screenshot. It's from a chrome extension of mine. I should have ran it in incognito window.
