Try your phone but connected to cellular instead of WiFi
it still does not work
are you using any third part to login
like google Facebook or Xbox
I use google, does it affect it?
nvm I found the solution, just logout and go to the riot account page and log in
you need to use riot user and password, it's a bug when login with Facebook, google etc

Change the password of the account that will work, just enter the support and put that you forgot the password and reset it
