valorant really laggy and almost unplayable
when ever i try join a game it takes a good 5 minutes to load me into the pistol round by then the buy phase or even up to round 3 is over is there any solution ??

You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
