Domain won't resolve after dns transfered over to cloudflare

I just transfered over dns management for a domain from godaddy to cloudflare and I'm having issues getting the domain to resolve properly. When i load the page it doesn't say anything besides what's in the picture. Is this an issue with cloudflare or godaddy or something else? I think I have everything setup correctly(nameservers are set to the ones from cloudflare, cname is set to name and the domain name, mx records are set to routes1-3 for cloudflare as well)

Looks like just DNS Cache. For me it loads but empty, looks like it's trying to load Godaddy's parking page

is there a reason why it's doing this? or i guess the better question how do i change this back to my webapp?

Under DNS -> Records, what is your root domain (voltsandwatts.net) pointing at? Where is your webapp hosted?

the webapp is hosted on digital ocean and that is pointing to some ip( it was there when i transfered over control) 15.197.148.33 @Chaika

15.197.148.33 is an Amazon IP, not DigitalOcean

If it helps, this is what I see

you just need to find the webapp's IP or CNAME and change the record you have currently to that

If you just switched from Godaddy and it was setup properly there, should still be in their DNS

i think originally it was on godaddy and then on cloudflare but I didn't have the login for cloudflare so i moved it back to godaddy and then back to cloudflare under a fresh account I got it. Thanks for the help @Chaika
