Riot support insta closes my ticket w a bot n names it solved (faulty q ban) anyone know what to do

So, my mom has this system where she shuts the internet off, yesterday it happened to be at 1 and once she shuts my internet off (with spectrum app) I get kicked out of the game and then boom I get hit with a restriction, as it was not my fault and I did not mean to dc I hope I can be able to play again soon. ( it was a 24 hour ban)
