Official .NET tutorial errors without me changing anything?

Hey guys, I'm following the official .NET tutorial for creating a web app with asp.net core and blazor. After I create the project, it says to run it straight away in debug mode. When I do this, I get the following error in the screenshot. I haven't amended anything at all, so I don't know why it's doing this, and the documentation just tells me to raise an issue on github. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance guys
