Game is stuck at .1 kb/s percent, it was at 27 and went down to 25.

Update: it says like 140 Mb/s but then goes down to .1 kb/s
back to 27 percent but still stuck
Depending on what your drive is and your Internet speed
It literally could just be your computer
You could also try sending a custom DNS
Like using googles: 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4
