In valorant left right audio is not distinguishable
i have bluetooth headphones and on yt i ran left right speaker test it worked perfectly

open the volume mixer and then right click and choose configure on the headset
and you should be given some options regarding mono, stereo or 7.1 if your headset supports it

there may also be options for mono in advanced or enhancements but its less common
