Please provide more context
yesterday after i finished a game my game crashed and when i tried to get back on valorant wouldnt open so i tried to open it from the riot client and it said this
ive uninstalled the game 3 times restarted my pc like 10 changed my dns settings disabled my firewall uodated my drivers and nothing fixed it

Go to C:\Riot Games\Valorant\Live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ And run the file Valorant-Win64-Shipping.exe

do i need to open the game before doing that

i have to run it as admin to even get it to open but when i do it gives me the val 43 error code
Please press win + r. Then, enter msinfo32. Then, send a photo of the app that opens

open cmd as admin
and enter:
sc query vgk
and then: sc query vgc
Win + r
enter:
%localappdata%\Riot Games\Riot Client\DataThen delete this file
now what
