vc and text chat issue

hey, i got an issue with the valorant text chat and voice chat recently, the issue is that i have a big delay to talk after clicking the ptt

can i do anything to fix that? i resetarted my wifi router, reinstalled the game bruh how am i supposed to grind with like 6s vc delay
