its a servers problem! there's a notification from valorant in game that they're working on it. I've had the same issue

i know a bug, if I tab out and tab in fast (I forgot if it wall Fullscreen of Fullscreen windowed) and the I press enter to type in chat the game is gets fucked up for a second
like the application gets smaller
to around my screen
then normal again
