corrupt dev banned me
I was playing comp and I played really bad and a dev that was on my team banned me for 2 weeks for no reason

How do you even know this person is a dev? There is no person called Murasaki#riot so there is no indication this person is even using a riot account.
You can submit a ticket if you believe the ban is false but I doubt you got banned due to playing bad or meeting a โcorruptโ developer.

Developers have no account tools to dish out account restrictions. The only Riot employees that can do that is Trust and Safety.
You were restricted because you violated fair play or behavior guidelines. You can contact support to discuss your ban and attempt to appeal the restriction.

I got INSTA banned after the game as well
Anyone can have a riot gunbuddy and anyone can lie.
The ban after the game can be because of AFK or toxicity during the game for example.
I wouldnโt get Insta banned after even if everyone reported me

I canโt say why you got banned, you can make a ticket asking riot why and they will tell you. What I can say though is that the odds of you being a target of some โcorrupt developerโ is so unlikely we may as well call it impossible.
