“steam button” can’t be held down (ROG ALLY)
The system is emulating a PS5 controller and I’m not able to hold down the “steam button” (the button that opens up the home, library, store, friends and chat etc, side menu. When I hold it down it doesn’t hold down, as soon as I let go then it acts as a single press, this makes me not able to use shortcuts such as opening the virtual keyboard.

IIRC tapping the steam button and THEN X works
unfixable. Its on the todo to make you able to swap start/select with steam/qam
but it will never work
That’s annoying, I suppose I can deal with just tapping though thanks guys
you can set the virtual keyboard to just x
in settings
yeah, definitely do ^ for the desktop layout at least
that's even stock now in SteamOS
I just did that now for desktop layout, that should be good, I know some games need manual virtual keyboard though so just tapping with have to do, it’s rare anyway.
