More frequent 504 errors
Hi.
I have heard a more frequent complaint of "504 Gateway Timeout" errors (last one was ~9 hours ago) over the past few weeks. What is causing these and what are you doing to address them? It leaves our users confused.

I am terribly sorry to hear that you (and your users) are experiencing 504 errors.
I need to know more about your setup to try reproduce these 504 errors.
What SDK are you using?

I don't see how the SDK would matter, a 504 is a problem between your application load balancer and the instances behind it.
They are intermittent errors, not continual.

We have not had any other customers recently complain about 504 errors, so we want to try recreate your setup with Kinde to reproduce the 504 errors.

We can see this issue happens most often to one particular user, but doesn’t always happen to them.
We can also see this happens with other users but not as often.
We are still looking into this issue.

We have made a lot of changes recently that I believe would have fixed your 504 issues.
I know the 504 errors are not consistent, but if a 504 error appears again are you able to let me know the timestamp of when it occured and the user that experienced it (email of user is fine). You are welcome to DM me these detials if you prefer.

We can see on our end an increase in the 504 errors, we are still investigating the issue. We are looking at increasing the information in our logs so we can get more information on these issues as they occur. We will let you know as soon as we can confidently conclude what the issue is.
