DM an User Catch Issue

Hello, I have an issue with a ban command. If the bot cannot DM an user, it should handle the error and reply anyway with the embed but it doesn't reply and just stops the interaction with the cannot dm the user error Code: https://sourceb.in/bvx2TqX0dS
