GPU cloud storage GONE + billed for entire month
I'm seriously starting to think you guys have something against me.
This is the second time you've lost my pod since I started casually using your service, but this time it's borderline illegal.
I've been billed for the entire month of Feburary with no indication of when, or if you deleted my pod again. I specifically chose a different setup so it WOULD NOT get deleted like last time.
To top it off, there are ZERO audit logs. How is that even possible?

Hmm there never was issues like this
If you guys have some sort of backup for my pod it would instantly alleviate any issues I have.

its a team account, I dont have access to main team email

What I can suspect is that owner of main team account could delete it
There is no audit logs

Probably only owner of main account can see it

From my side it’s look like there is no pods running
There was no pods running since I last used it, but it was kept offline
and I was being billed for storage
Is it possible the storage was backed up on your end?
I clearly should not have been being billed if something didn't exist or was deleted.

It only stopped billing me once I asked support wtf was going on

Cant help much for now but sending it to core team will see what we can find.

but I really need to ask, why and how did this happen?
Can I trust that you guys won't delete the next pod I create and pay for?
