Post install menu. It's a fresh install, but I'm clueless as to what to select lol.

Enroll MOK then accept it
if prompted for a password it should be
ublue-osReboot?

literally enroll, accept, done
also as i said before, updating kargs and initramfs (first boot does both) should take less than 1 hour on any modern system.
newer systems should be less than 30 mins
but we have seen systems where it has taken a bit over 1 hour but rare (unless installing to a harddrive)
