I have 4 months overlap :
J1 - jun2022 to present fulltime
J2 - oct 2020 - Nov 2022 contract
It's 5 months difference. What reasons to say in my next interview?
If i change j2 end date as jun2022, can I say I did a consulting job for the same contractor but not for j2?
