headphones
My splitter to connect my headphones into the audio and mic ports makes it so audio only comes into one ear. How do i fix this?

so the audio is correctly displaying if you don't use connector?

Im using it now only in the audio port
So i cant use my mic
But the audio is good
sounds like the actual thing is just faulty then, have you made sure the cable is being plugged in correctly? does sound play in the other ear if you spin it around a bit while its plugged in there?
could also be that perhaps its dirty, but most likely the cable is just faulty
