and i got a afk penelty
cuz my game was turned off mid comp game
fix the bug its annoying cuz i cant play the game
Yea my game randomly crash mid game too
yeah and im getting penelty for it
like i was waiting for 10 min so i can play the game just to get another 30 min penelty cuz my game crashed again

So disable them

Solution
Queue bans are never removed
Your other question is that it's a bug
You can fix it by uninstalling anything that adds an overlay to the game
This may also include discord
In the discord options you have the option to disable it
