[Europe Official Servers] - Connectivity/Network Issues
Hello!
1. There are currently no official servers (see images attached) available as of this writing.
EU Region [Denmark] - My connection is stable. Nobody else playing on my network.
Started lagging around 13:40, and now it's having trouble connecting at all.
2. Myself and a few others has discussed some recent problems with connectivity
issues happening a lot, and after witnessing it going on and off since January,
I think it's important to send in a ticket and maybe address it, as it's not just
happening to me. While the lag happens, the chat still works, and from that it's
easy to tell it's a general issue. Else, just read up on #game-bugs
It's been happening to the official servers (see images). Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's long, and sometimes it crashes the server completely. It also happens on (some) of the Official Community Servers, but I'm assuming those are hosted elsewhere? I'm collecting some video material to showcase what's happening when it's lagging. Or at least I hope to get some clarification on it if it's some structural changes within.

It wasn't to me, but maybe i didnt check it when I joined the server
i had to enable it again a while back
if it wouldn't be visible to everyone, it would have a tiny lock to it's icon
it doesn't have one = visible to everyone

while you waiting for us to answer, you might want to try warp, its purpose is to stabilize your connection

What does that do really? The description is really vague.

well.. yes? but why? 🤔😅
it acts like vpn, cloudflare presents warp as a solution for privacy but it also improves your routing using their nodes therefore stabilizes your connection

Euro seems up and stable right now, don't know what server I'm playing on though - just a note
you can press enter and server name would be at the top

I would once again like to put some weight on that it has been going on for months now 😅 Only thing i would like, is if there could be some sort of general announcement acknowledging that there is an issue or something more concrete. Is it the general internal structural changes or something else?

half of your screenshots is ISP/unrelated to connectivity problems
fair, if you can tell the difference for most of these then thats fine, but it kinda seems like the outcome affect the same stuff all around. Like that revive black screen stuff.
it is a quite old bug, shame on us but it's not going to be fixed until upcoming update
fair, so its a known issue, thats at least good to hear.. I do hope its fix able then. Should still do an announcement imo

myself i was facing this bug only when i had my ISP doing some maintenance
It's very random when it happens. Also haven't had connection issues with my provider for years, and since i saw it happening to everyone via chat, i just assumed it was a general issue
there definitely was some issues from our side, but they weren't recent
sorry but then something else must be wrong, because it happened just 15-30 minutes before i made the thread, and it was the whole server typing that something was up before it shut down 🤔
