Need help with spoofing/Magisk
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong TvT I did the tutorials and everything and they all say to search for an "init_boot.img" file but when I download it, the only thing I see that's similar is an "init boot disk image file" and when I try to open it, it says it's corrupted, what am I supposed to do?? How am I supposed to get the image??

After u unlock bootloader
Get dev mode
Turn on usb debugging
Change usb configuration to file download/data transfer
Drop the boot img (disc image file with boot in the name) into ur phones internal storage
Quick copy and paste
Then, with magisk manager installed
Patch the boot img file
It will then generate a new file called magisk_patchedNUMBERS.img
Idk exact file name but you will know it when u see it

It had patched in the name
Then plug ur phone into computer
Take the new patched file and paste it into ur platform tools
The just fastboot devices
Fastboot flash boot {file name}.img
I can drop a video if u need
@vipereborn i successfully rooted my device. But even after safetynet check, I can't play with fake gpx. It still says gps not found and doesn't load pokestops and gyms
Any idea how I can proceed from now?
Do you have gps joystick?

It's finally working
I had to download module for hiding mock location and enable it
Yes I was using gps joystick by app ninjas.
