Is there a way to make a ticket, but on discord ?
I recently got banned for thirdparty sofware, but i never used one, and i thought that my ticket may haven't been read or something like this. I got ban when i wasn't on my computer and i didn't understand, friends also told me that i was playing, that kind of stuff. And I walked to a technician in order to check and he found a remote tool. so im not 100% sure but i think i might ive been haccked, i never ever hacked on any kind of game, and i used to play alot at lol. Never using a thirdparty software. bc first one i don't have any money, and seconde one i don't know how to install one an use it. I just wich to play again, and i'm really lost cause i don't know what to do... sorry for bothering you, thank for reading and thanks if you could do anything, best regards. -SusheeZ

If they do not update your ticket but it is marked as solved it means; your appeal was denied
so i'll never be able to play again ?

If it was accepted, you should have access to your account; they will inform you
but how could i play again cause i haven't cheat, and use any sofware

If your appeal was denied, Depending on what penalty was received most commonly it's a hardware ID ban. Meaning that you won't be able to play on your computer for about 4 months
