I have the same aim as plat player but in comp i play like a bot. I die to crouch spray. Help

just focus at the game and be ready for every gunplay, remind urself that u need to shoot calm. Movement makes a big difference as well so jst remember that.
Other way to do it is just spam deathmatches/tdm's/swiftplays ect so u will get used to it when theres enemy on ur screen and hopefully wont panic as much...
