things to do to not get ban in Pokemon go
What are the things i need to keep in mind and be careful about in Pokemon go will teleporting and other things I already gat a 7 day ban and can't risk of getting another ban

Follow the cooldowns
If u catch any Pokemon don't teleport in 2 hours
Your in game actions don't get you banned, it's your setup. Any modded app like ispoofer or ipogo is a guaranteed ban one day. Rooted android is by far the safest and ha sonly had a couple of ban waves since the beginning of the game and they've figured out why after every time.
