What to do to get better in general

Watch some videos, figure out what you want to work on most. Take these things one at a time
a lot of different things play into aim. Crosshair placement, flicks, small readjustments, etc. Try to take it one at a time if you want to get better effectively

I'd recommend watching some videos to figure out what you want to work on first, or watch your own games and see what you struggle with
you could always end VOD's here and have other people review them if they're willing
