Where to buy an affordable suit in the Netherlands

Hey, I'm graduating in two weeks and need a suit but can't really afford to spend more than like 200 euros on it. I'm still relatively new to the netherlands and have no idea where to look for affordable, decent looking suits so any advice would be appreciated. I'm in Den Haag for what it's worth but would be willing to travel a bit.

Is that your budget for just the suit or does that include a shirt, tie, and shoes? Is the suit only for this occasion or do you need/want a suit anyway? Is a suit specifically required or could you get away with just a jacket? If it's only for this occasion you could consider renting something. For a new suit that is not a very high budget and I can't think of a store I'd specifically recommend. Any fast fashion chain like Zara or H&M will have something that will probably look fine for your graduation. I would recommend Suit Supply otherwise but their suits start at around 2x your budget. Secondhand you can get a lot of suit for that money! You could check out vinted or marktplaats for suits close to you that you can try on. Or you can go to secondhand clothing stores in den haag (I'm not really familiar with den haag but I'm sure there are some) or to thrift stores. You can find those by looking for "kringloopwinkel" or there's even an app that helps you find them: https://www.kringloopapp.nl/.

That's the budget for trousers and a jacket. I'm sure I'll have a use for the suit after this, but I wouldn't be buying one right now were it not for this. A suit isn't required, it's "smart casual" but that's by far most commonly interpreted as a blue/navy suit and button-up with no tie. Alternatively, I could do a jacket and some sort of trousers but I really dislike the way I look in khakis and a jacket and am not sure what other color trousers would work well with a navy/blue jacket and brown shoes

Wool pants in some shade of brown or grey can work as odd trousers with a navy jacket. But I understand it if you prefer having a suit. I would try going the secondhand route if I were you. Alternatively, I just remembered that this online outlet also carries suitsupply: https://www.otrium.nl. You could try to visit the suitsupply store and try some stuff on to find your size and then see if you can find the same cut of suit in the same size on there. You run the risk of course that it won't fit exactly the same as they will be leftover suits from older seasons.
