The first thing I would change would be the width of the nav bar content, the footer content, and the outer edges of the 2 cards so that they are all vertically aligned.
after that I would add a good bit more white space between each section to spread it out more

Have you ever worked with transparent videos by chance? I know the video background was exported with alpha but it isn't working 😦
