sens
is a .4 sens on 800 dpi affecting my gameplay? cuz im very inconsistent in gunfights sometimes i wont miss sometimes il miss every shot

if u play enough u can master any sens, but I would reccomend a sens thats somewhere between .33 and .2 for most people.
but .4 isnt insanely high, i peaked immortal 3 400 elo and i used to play on .5 800 and it wasnt that bad
if u practice ur aim enough .4 is doable
Skill issue.
On a serious note, make sure you have mouse accel off. The windows mouse accel is terrible for gaming.
