I needed that to know what drive number Windows was installed on
Press the windows key and search for “cmd”
Right click Command Prompt
Click “Run as administrator”
You should be able to now; type in this new window
Enter:
mbr2gpt.exe /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS
Enter the final command
mbr2gpt.exe /convert /disk:0 /allowFullOS
It's still being completed
Now you can enable uefi mode in your bios
Note: enabling uefi mode is now required
You will not be able to boot into windows until it's enabled
