It looks like your system does not support tpm 2.0
I also see secure boot as not turned on
oh i will enabble
its doesnt support is it mean i cant play valo anymore
The requirement depends on how much valorant trusts you
oh
š¦
Meaning that turning on secure boot and what we just did updating your BIOS may make the requirement disappear
valorant is my favorite game
ok i try
i tell you after
@Saucywan it doesnt work
say tmp 2.0
Check it virtual based security is running
no its off
open this
ok
and after
@Saucywan
Did it open?
Turn this on
Then open cmd as admin
and enter:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
Then restart your computerwait i turn on
yes
memory integrity yes
i relaunch now my pc ?
If you have done all the steps
^
ok
ok brb
and now?
Check if virtual based security is running
ok
it say yes
Now try valorant
Coo
ok
iam actually praying
huh
it say enable tpm 2.0 and now van9005
it say 2 error code
@Saucywan

Instead of setting it to auto; type in off
By the way this means you're most likely not gonna be able to play Valorant
You can create a support ticket so they can remove the requirement
NOOOO
^
To do so please use the link below
ok š¦
The community help forum is managed by the community and does not offer any official Riot support. You can create a support ticket at https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new for official support.
We are going to disable vbs so you get the original error
Just do the opposite of what I told you and when you have the error; create your ticket
If you do not have the original error they will ask you to turn off virtual based security
So just get a Head Start on them
ok
i will cry
@Saucywan i will never play valorant agaiin that what it mean
No you can still create a ticket to riot and they will release the restriction
sometimes
Here is one of the responses we got from someone else that didn't have tpm
i have but idk if it will work
wait look
i send picture
what should i say on
I don't see it
Yep that's completely fine
Please just wait for their response
how much will take?
They will mostly ask for more information
You may want to download the riot repair tool
And get ahead of it
and what information should i gfive
^
It gives them some system logs
Which they will one hundred percent ask for in their response so if you do it now their response will hopefully be you being able to play
i will pray in my bed
valorant is my favorite game ever
where i download riot repair tool
^
