Company that I work for wants me to bill them via my LLC and asked me to send a bill every 2 weeks to coincide with their payroll. Do I send this on the day of their payroll closing (like wednesday before the friday) or wait until the Friday?
When I asked they said send it whenever.
What's the professional thing to do here.

Thanks. The downside is they pay contractors via check and not via bank deposit ;-;

ahaha! For sure! They at least advised me on it "Hey when you make your MSA put "pay upon receipt in it"". The guy that hired me litterally told me that.
they let me send them my own MSA versus signing theirs 😄
