so i reinstalled windows because the pc wouldn't do anything and now i need help with this ðŸ˜

This happened the first time after u booted into ur new windows?
it happened before aswell so i reinstalled windows
U didn't install windows properly then
U used a usb?

U formatted ur c drive when installing new windows?
yes
Do it again
Reinstall Windows
Make sure you wipe every partition off the drive
