Its been 4-5 days since i am having this issue i tried every possible solution which i could found but no results i changed wifi still no results has it something to do with my laptop IP ?

I use chrome but for checking if captcha working u tried Mozilla,edge too didn't worked on them as well so has it something to do with my windows?
