Plus crosshair
I am Plat player with kd over 1.5! Generally I use small plus crosshair and I have no problem aiming with that but when the background is bright my crosshair just disappears. I need something which is not so small and not so big and the color is dark enough that I can still see it in both dark and light conditions.

have you tried the tenz one ive sat and used it for a while and its the best for me
