reached out to support but they told me they werent going to do anything about it i got banned for a WHOLE year on my account with skins bcs i went afk ONE TIME? and the support from valorant just isnt gonna help me?

U don't get an afk penalty for an year by just going afk once

the first game i played
i completed it then got off
then i try and get on later
and get banned
