Ban 235 hour for nothing

I'll explain the situation to you: last night around 4 a.m. I reached level 20 on my Valorant account, but today around 5 p.m. I wanted to start my first competitive game except that when I started the game the game told me that I was banned from ranked matchmaking for 235 hours. So I don't understand the reason for the ban, I couldn't break any rules because I hadn't yet started a ranked game and I'm not banned from unranked matchmaking.
