valorant bricked my pc
i closed valorant and my computer was stuck on my wallpaper, unable to do
anything or launch anything. the only fix that worked was to launch my pc in safe mode and revert it back to an old save. after this, i tried to play valorant again, and it said my pc needs to restart in order to play. now, after restarting, i am back to the same problem of being stuck on my wallpaper unable to do anything. what should i do?

this game is known for fucking over your pc, os, or pretty much anything you own, try to uninstall the whole game including vanguard garbage and riot client then reinstall from scratch, thats how i usually fix this dumpsterfire when it acts up
the only thing valorant runs on boot is vanguard, so disable it from startup in safe mode
also hold shift while clicking restart in the sign in screen to windows and then go to troubleshoot > advanced options > command prompt and enter
sfc /scannow
as well as
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
afterwards go back to the advanced options tab and run Startup Repair
if something corrupted in windows that may fix it
