got you bro, for me the loading screen didnt even load it was a connection issue it might be the same for you so what u need to do is:
1) First please disable IPv6
2) Switching to a public DNS may resolve the issue you are experiencing
3) To resolve any conflicts from your network and to clear any corrupted data remaining reset your network settings and release/renew your IP. Follow these steps:
1) Open Start Menu
2) Type cmd and run it with administrator permissions
3) type the following commands:
netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
ipconfig /release and press Enter.
ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
4) update your network adapter to the latest version

go to file explorere click this pc

Go to task manager then processos and see what is says beside the "disk" option
Also if u r stuck for wayy to long then that prob won't help u
