aaaaa
ok
Window key + r
Msinfo32
Send a photo of the app that opens

is Brazil :/
Do you know what brand your motherboard is?
bro
i don't found this
i search for found
but not
Please press win + r. Then, enter tpm.msc. Then, send a photo of the app that opens
"Unable to find a compatible TPM"
The last time I solved this was by activating firewall, which by the way I tried to activate and deactivate but it didn't work.
Your computer doesnt support tpm
meaning that you may not be able to play Valorant (*sometimes using a different account will remove the restriction)
Enabling secure boot may remove the restriction as well
To guide you on how to enable secure boot I need to know what manufacturer your motherboard is but in the info you currently sent me it looks completely empty
I will guide you on how to do that once you respond
I was able to play normal Valorant until a few months ago I got banned, coming back this week I saw that I was having the same problem. I managed to fix it but it came back today
It will appear and disappear depending on various factors, It's calculated by Vanguard and known as the security risk
Do you have discord, on your phone?
ye
Open cmd (Command prompt) as an administrator
and enter: shutdown /r /fw /t 0
i play lol in this moment
after this i go
Ok
ok
i finish
after this

In Windows search when you right click it you should have the option

"The system could not find the environment option you entered.(203)"
Hm
Restart your computer, While it's restarting keep on pressing the del (delete) key

Go to the security tab
And send a photo

Hm
I don't see secure boot
Try the advanced tab

@mythea I'm pretty sure they don't have the option to turn on secure boot
I also cannot find where to turn on uefi mode
it's already on uefi
Yeah I know that
But I can't find the option to turn it off anyways

Ok
Thanks
You can still play I believe by just using a different account
Do note that account may also face the same restrictions
It also takes up to three days for them to respond
I can't help you with your security risk because the main way of decreasing it is by updating your BIOS but I have no idea how to do that because I've don't know who made your bios
Ok
some stupid modder decided to remove all manufacturer's info
on another account you have the same problem
I'll look into how I can change this
u can't get the info back manually unless u have contact with that stupid modder
u can find some info on the board though
should be written there
s/n, manufacturer, model, etc
