account suspended for third party software?????
I logged in and then got both of those messages. I dont understand why i dont use anything besides valorant tracker. im so confused and panicked. Ive sent multiple support tickets since yesterday but i havent gotten any respones. any help please?????

Hwid banned. Community can't help with this. You need to report to official riot support, chances are low as account will remain banned and ur device remain banned typically for 4 months
Honestly nothing much you can do. Just wait out for 4 months or buy replace new hardware parts to play again if u want to play the game again
And imo false ban is really rare... I'm sure there's something that triggers the ban
well im not sure what couldve caused the ban. i literally was playing unrated then i tried logging in the morning and i was suspended

ive made alot already but i havent gotten a response yet
It can take up to 3 days for a response
Also, one ticket is enough for support to see and to respond to your issue
