Was unfairly banned
Dear all, I hereby express my indignation and frustration with the situation I recently experienced on your platform. On February 20th, my account was hacked by a malicious individual who, without my consent, accessed the game and played several games. Upon learning of the invasion, I immediately accessed my account and discovered with great surprise that I had been banned from voice chat, text and competitive queues for a period of more than 2 days. It is important to note that at no time did I authorize third parties to access my account, nor did I carry out the actions that resulted in my ban. I therefore consider it unacceptable for me to be punished for a security breach on the platform. In the early afternoon of today, February 22nd, I made a formal complaint about what had happened. However, I was informed that nothing could be done to reverse the ban. I feel deeply wronged by this situation. The platform's negligence in ensuring the safety of its users resulted in a series of negative consequences for me. In light of the above, I request a reconsideration of my case and the immediate revocation of the ban. I believe fairness and common sense require the platform to take responsibility for its security failure and repair the harm caused to me.
