Ban because Riot Client wont work.

I got a 7 day ban, reason was dysconnectivity that too was occurred due to Riot client randomly shutting itself off. I have scanned everything and it was all working fine, my network, my hardware and whatever permission Valorant and its client requires. Yet It kept "Not responding", tried to restart my pc, riot client everything still it didn't work and it happened to me for about 3 matches in a row. Just the thing I wanna note is, I am getting penalised/punsihed for something i am not even faulty of? its Valorant useless and unstable server and clients which ruin it all and well if they think I am in charge of the non responding of the client, are they planning to return me and my mate's valuable time wasted on the client issue?.
