How's the fit of the jacket? Is it too boxy or loose?

Bought this black denim jacket, not sure of the fit. Should I keep it? Was planning on pairing it with white t-shirt inside

While the fit of the jacket looks good in the body to me, I can't tell if the sleeve length works (don't roll your sleeves for a fit check) and also I don't like the stitching
