when i play overwatch,i always get more than 160 fps,but when i play valorant,my fps drops down to 90-100.can anyone help me pls

Valorant and Overwatch are two completely different games. They both have different graphics, assets, optimization, etc. It is expected to get different frame rates in different games.
To get higher frames in Valorant, try:
* Lowering your graphics settings
* Closing all programs except Valorant...

* If you know how, or your GPU can handle it, overclocking your GPU
* Updating to the latest GPU drivers

will it get more fps?
Depends on your current pc components
Ram won't really help you with fps, it may but only if you have a bunch of tabs open

i used to be able to run valorant at 160 fps
try updating your drivers
but now it dropped to 120
sometimes 100
i think i already updated

There are a lot of things that change when your pc gets older, make sure you’re not running anything in the background like your web browser

but yeah maybe your drivers are out dated
But you’re still using it and by doing that you’re installing software that’s running in the background
As well as game updates which increase the amount of processing power or space it requires to run
