WTHeck is this black bar at the top and how do i remove it? it stays in game too and blocks alot

are you using any external program that has access to game overlay?
Maybe twitch studio? But it has never done that for any of my other games.
maybe try closing all other applications and then try valorant? just to pinpoint the source of the problem easier
