There was a few reports of this on the community as well. As far as I can see, only a billing ticket was able to resolve it. You see the subscription under your billing tab?

We can't help with billing stuff in here, like I said from what I saw in those other cases only billing support could fix it.

When you create a ticket, share the ticket number you get so we can make sure it gets dealt with.
