ASP.NET | The table headers don't want to be centered

So I am following a YT tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNvuZTg0H1k&t=3500 It explains the way to center table headers with the index.cshtml file like this: https://pastebin.com/kgavnzcA You see that I have added class="table-center" on each th elements and tds. But once I have saved the changes and run the application, this classes are obviously not working as per screenshot attached. Could anyone confirm what is not working here?
