SUPPORTED RESOLUTIONS
4:3 ASPECT RATIO
640×480, 800×600, 960×720, 1024×768, 1280×960, 1400×1050, 1440×1080, 1600×1200, 1856×1392, 1920×1440, and 2048×1536.
5:4 ASPECT RATIO*
1280 x 1024
While this resolution is supported, issues may pop up if playing in full-screen mode. As such, I'd recommend playing in windowed mode instead.
16:9 ASPECT RATIO
1024×576, 1152×648, 1280×720 (HD), 1366×768, 1600×900, 1920×1080 (FHD), 2560×1440 (QHD), 3840×2160 (4K), and 7680 x 4320 (8K)
Please note that if your screen supports 8K it will actually be converted to 4K while playing VALORANT.
16:10 ASPECT RATIO
1280×800, 1440×900, 1680×1050, 1920×1200, and 2560×1600.
While this resolution is supported, issues may pop up if playing in full-screen mode. As such, I'd recommend playing in windowed mode instead.
21:9 ASPECT RATIO
2560×1080, 3440×1440, 5120×2160.
hope this helps
It says 1366x768
its 16:9 tho
so u wont have blackbars
at native
res
What are black bars
only occurs when u use letterbox aspect ratio
though u can use fill aspect ratio
So would I be able to play in full screen?
yes
u always should be able to tho
Oh cause it says that an issue may pop up I’m hoping I don’t have to play in windows
@mythea sorry for ping but are you familiar with like cpus and stuff
what u wanna ask
The specs of the new laptop is Intel® UHD Graphics 620 with 32 gb of ram is that like sustainable😂
yeah it is
like 60fps on 1366*768
however u cant expect too much
since its an igpu
Like it’s gonna be able to run Val hopefully without too much problems
whats the cpu
Is it intel core i7 4.20GHz
more exact?
8th gen
the 4/5 digits number
and maybe with a letter at the end
8700k for example
I’m gonna guess 8650 but it doesn’t specify
8650u?
yeah thats okay
Yea it’s 8650U Quad-Core
Like would it run Val comfortably
should run fine
Last question my old laptop has amd 5 5500 how far off in terms of gameplay wise would my new one be off by bc from what I know amd 5500 is better than the intel
5500u u meant?
5500u is better
idk how's its igpu tho
maybe better than the 8650u
https://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-5-5500u
why not just play on that old laptop
Because it's a laptop, and you don't need to run Windows 8 off it _ _DISCLAIMER: This message is a joke and is NOT meant to be taken seriously, any statements made are not genuine.
I’ve had it for 2 years
Is the amd 5500u a lot better?
idk what u talking about
